We can ship to most worldwide destinations using airfreight, sea freight or international courier.
We endeavour to ship orders within 21 working days after receipt of payment (subject to stock availability). For your convenience we use the most cost-effective and quickest way to ship goods to your chosen destination.
Any damages or shortage of goods must be reported to info @ fortressdiagnostics.com within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Any apparent damage to the outer boxes should be reported to the carrier immediately. We will request photographic evidence of any damaged items. Goods which have been received damaged or in error must be held in the correct storage conditions.
Under no circumstances should goods be returned until you have contacted our customer services team to obtain a returned goods authorisation number. Clearly mark the authorisation number on the package to ensure your goods can be speedily processed.
You will appreciate that we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to goods being returned to us unless we arranged collection. If goods were incorrectly ordered an administration and re-stocking charge of 25% of the invoice value excluding VAT is chargeable. Temperature controlled products incorrectly ordered will not normally be accepted for return.
