Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone calls, taking messages and dealing with customers queries.
  • Communication and interaction with the customer on issues related to their orders.
  • Handling of day to day documents & dispatch activities. - Order taking; raising proforma invoice
  • Assist with Logistics and distribution

Skills

  • Computer literate with good data entry skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office packages and keyboard skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Undertake tasks with speed and accuracy
  • Work as part of the team to ensure work is completed

The Person

Friendly person who understands importance of customer service, teamwork, and can cope with multi-task situation.

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
