Potassium

Increased levels of potassium in serum can indicate renal failure, severe bleeding or tissue damage. Decreased levels are a common electrolyte abnormality and can be due to renal wastage, deficient intake or taking of diuretic medication.

The Fortress Diagnostics Potassium in vitro test is intended for the quantitative determination of potassium in serum. The method, working stability and range varies with each potassium assay, to request an assay IFU contact info@fortressdiagnostics.com
